1 year ago today

Well one year ago today I was starting my journey to the other side. I can not believe it has been a year already. Time flies so fast. I go for my 1 yr appointment tomorrow and I am so excited to see my surgeons face. I have lost 136lbs and I feel GREAT!! As most of you know my journey started out pretty rocky, but dang look at me today....if you didnt know I had problems you wouldn't believe that I did. I am so happy to have found this website, I consider everyone of you a friend. I want to thank all of you for all the support and inspiration you have given me. I still have about 40lbs to goal, that is if I dont change it, but I know in my heart that I will make it to that goal,it may take me a bit but I will do it. I am very excited about my new life and the years ahead of me. Thanks again for being such WONDEFUL SUPPORT!!! Michelle Hebert PS... I have a SPECIAL THANK YOU for my surgeon Dr. Ronnie Keith....
