Need help with insurance

Hi everyone, I am looking for an insurance company that has a plan that i can pruchase on my own that will cover rny surgery. I have insurance from my employer but they have a written exclusion that states they will not pay for any weight loss procedure including but not limited to....... If you or someone you know, know of any individual insurance plans or organizations that will help me pay for the surgery I would greatly appreciate it.
