Little Rock vs Ensenada

I will be self pay as my insurance will not cover this surgery. I am presently looking into having the surgery in Ensenada with Dr. Aguirre, but I have also contacted a Dr. in Little Rock who does financing through Capital One. Dr. Aguirre will be approx. $3500-7000 less than having it in the states. I have researched him thoroughly and have found that he rates about as high a Dr. could. But the down side is the distance and the fact that it is out side the states while Little Rock is only 4 hours away. I have so much to think about. What I do have on my side is my family, they are very supportive wls with the exception of my sisters who are very much against it. So, good luck to all and may all of our wishes come true.

Karen, I just returned home from Ensenada Saturday night, Nov 8th. I think that Dr Aquirre and everyone there were wonderful. My surg was 10-28. My husband was able to have it done 11-4, exactly 1 week from mine. We both did well. Me even better than my husband. I actually think I've done excellent. I am just amazed. The ONLY negative thing about my Mexico experience was I was EXTREMELY homesick. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you do decide to go to Ensenada, Good Luck. Melodie
