Oklahoma City / UHC

I used to live in Oklahoma, but still work for one of the largest media corporations (starts with an "A") and they have a large number of employees in Oklahoma City. I was wondering if anyone has had WLS surgery using that companies UHC plan (either EPO or POS) that could tell me their experience in getting the surgery approved.
