Some interesting info

I've been talking with someone on another site, who happened to work for an insurance company. She advised me to contact my HR dept and ask for a copy of the contract. Well after going round and round with my HR, I went on ahead and posted on all of this. I was then told if they say there is no "contract" per say, then ask for exclusion provisions and the definition of medical necessities. I don't know what's going to happen yet, cause I've yet to get anymore news from HR. I'll try to keep everyone posted on this. By the way my insurance is AETNA. If anyone else has any other ideas, please let me know.
