I got a little frustrated by the lack of posting so I haven't checked the board in a while. I have found my happy place and am losing weight again. I will try to post more.

Good Sunday morning my fellow Okies!

I walked yesterday for almost 4 hours at the Home and Garden show. I know it was not fast walking but at least I was up and moving instead of sitting at home!
