Lost my focus

Wow, it's been months since I was on the OH forum. I have totally lost focus and have allowed stress to rule my life. I have gained weight and feel defeated and worn out. I am not asking for sympathy, just understanding. I am committing to focus on being healthy and will daily check the OH website.

Thanks for the reply Brittany, I appreciate it . Not much activity on the board lately, hope that means everyone is out exercising! I had a good Monday. Getting ready to go for a walk down the road now that everyone has had dinner at my house. Have a great Tuesday everyone.
