Howdy...it has been awhile
I am alive, but not so well..
I am in the process of being diagnosed with fibro. The last 9 moths have been a nightmare, first started the tail bone pain, then it graduated to other areas. I have had scans, ct's, ultrasounds, been diagnosed with osteoperosis, chronic pain.. and by Tuesday I will be among the ranks of those with Fibro.
Who knew getting healthy by losing 100+ was an invitation to a whole new set of issues.
On the brite side I am 100lbs lighter and no more diabetes.
Hope you all are doing well on your journies!

Interesting I have also had health issues more so since I've lost 100lbs. I have even passed out (which I have never done) and the ambulance had to be called. I never feel 100% and feel like I could sleep all the time. I have not mentioned this to many in fear my family will say "we told you you shouldn't have the surgery" because they begged me not to do it. People all the time ask me don't you have so much more energy and I say "yes" because it's quicker than saying "well really no I don't' just wondering if you've had any of the issues. I've also had severely swollen lymph nodes in my neck which we have ran tests on and all tests come back "viral" but no one can tell me what "viral thing do you have for 12 months" I am 2 years post op like you, I had gastric sleeve on 05/18/2009.
I got my doctor to run all types of tests and I am currently diagnosed with Fibromialga as well I am on synthroid for my thyroid. I am on my 3rd day of Cymbalta and I am hopeful it will bring me some relief so I can get back to living again.
I hope you find the answers to you health issues soon! I have battled this for almost 10 months now and it is NO fun!
