Places of employment that pay for WLS

I'm rather new here and recently found out that my health insurance doesn't pay for any WLS procedures.  I was already starting to look for a new career due to my current position being phased out over the next year so I was hoping to get any suggestions from people in the OKC area on where to apply that will also provide WLS benefits?  I almost feel bad basing my career search on this but I'm actually a pretty good employee and feel that if nothing else it will be another way to judge one job over another!

Please help if you can!!

Best of luck!

I am a Federal employee, and Federal BC/BS covers WLS.  I don't know what you do, but maybe there are jobs you could find at Tinker AFB or a similar agency that has GS positions.

I worked for OU physicians and the insurance that they carry covers WLS.  You could go to the website and check out any openings that they have.. www.ouhsc.edu click on human resources and then search positions.
