Plastics...Dr. Sawan?

Hey everyone.
I have been lurking here for a while and am pretty new to Oklahoma and had a question about Plastics. I had surger 2-9-10 and was starting to research plastics. I am not going to have them done right now but wanted to get information. I will start with some background. I am 27 yrs old, 5'5" tall, Starting weight 296 current weight 143, Starting pant size 26 current size 8 and Size 8 dress. I still might want to lose about 7 pounds to get to 135, but not sure yet. I am going to want a lower body lift and a breast lift with possible augmentation. I have looked around at surgeons and found Dr. Sawan and he looks like he knows what he is doing. 

My question is for these procedures how much did you pay? I know that everyone pays something different depending on how much work needs to be done and what you are having done but I am just trying to get a ballpark estimate. If anyone could help with this and/or some before and after pics I would really appreciate it.

Let me start by saying I Love Dr. Sawan! He is GREAT with his patients and answers any questions you may have. He did a ROCKIN' job on my body! I had my sleeve on 9/2/09 and my LBL 3/24/11. I did not have anything done with the breasts, but I know he would do great with them as well.

Because of the amount of tissue I had and the fact I already had a vertical scar, he planned to do the incision all the way around and then create a new vertical incision that way he could pull me in on the sides. He kind of seemed to act like there was a little bit more work to be done on me for the LBL than for others that just had the ring around the waist and not the vertical incision as well. Anyways the price for that an all that was involved (including lipo) was just under 12k.

Totally worth it!!! 

I love him and Summit Medical Center where he did the operation!

I had a tummy tuck with Sawan on 12/9/10.  He did an anchor cut on me (the normal horizontal incision with a vertical incision.)  I am quite pleased with my results.  I got my insurance to pay for the panni part and paid the upcharge for muscle work myself.  I am currently working on getting insurance to pay for a breast reduction (fingers crossed!)  I will pay out of pocket for the arms to be done at the same time.

I am having a upper body lift....an upside down lbl really... with Dr. Sawan on July 7.  He has been wonderful with me!  I am paying just under $11,000 for the procedure.  I am having to have major back work and front work too.  My scar is going to be visible on my back, but at least it will be better than all this yucky skin I have hanging on me now!
