Been stuck between 278.2 and 279 for about 10 days.  Frustrating, but I know it's just part of the journey.

On the positive side, I have gone from a size 26 (tight) to a size 20 bottom and 14/16 top since the end of August!

As frustrating as it is, stalling is a normal part of the process.  Your body is taking a breather and regrouping.  You made a drastic change to your body, the amount and kind of food you are feeding it, as well as the hige weight loss.  Your body has to take a time out then it will allow more weight loss.  As long as you are following your doctor's program you will lose weight but your body decides when and how much.  Hang in there!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Sometimes your body just needs to take a deep breath and adjust (a stall) to wha't going on.  Hang tough, do all the things you know you should, and you'll be surprised when one day it suddenly jumps down again :)
Have a great day!!!

Even though you are stalled right now, the scale will begin to move in the correct direction.  You such and inspiration.........................
