Haven't been on here in such a long time.  I see some of the "old" posters, but mostly new.  The cycle of life, I guess.  I used to be on here every day, but so many things going on right now.  I am pretty much stalled and have been for quite a while.  Night eating is rearing its ugly head again.  I miss the site so much, and will try and get back on more.  I couldn't have made it without y'all and this site.  Michael

Hey Michael!  Good to see you again!  I think all of us battle the old habits eventually.  I struggle with grazing on weekends and evenings.  I'm good during the weekdays for the most part but wow the weekend comes and its hard.  If it wasn't for all the exercise I do I would be in trouble. We are all still a work in progress you know.  They didn't do surgery on our brains.  Its a battle we will have for our lives but thank God for our WLS and the fact that we have a tool that will allow us to win as long as we do our part!! -Amy

Hi Michael!  I know the feeling, I have gotten so busy that I don't remember how to change my signature any longer, LOL.  Hang in there and keep getting your inspiration from all the wonderful people of OH.
I have been stuck since last October, not losing an ounce, so maybe I need to interact more with my support system on OH and spend less time stressing :)
Great to see you!

Welcome back Michael,

I followed your story and your example when I first started "lurking" on this site, researching surgery and trying to make my decision, and then post surgery.  I'm so glad you are posting again.
