I am struggling with all my lose skin and i am starting to have problems with infections under my apron...does anyone have suggestions on how to stop these...I want a tt but cant affored to take off work since I had to major surgs in the last year.
Hang in there girl! It sounds like frustration is taking it's toll on your mindset. Set down and make a list of all the positive things that have happened to you since your weight loss surgery and pick one every day to focus on for that day. Do one a day until you get your mind focused back on the "good" things that are happening in your life.
I also have lower than normal BP, most of the time, and I know the feeling of coldness and tiredness that go along with it. Has the Dr. checked your Vitamin D level and done routine labs ( I assume so since you were in the hospital).
Go back to the basics of three meals a day, drink all your water, no water for 30 minutes after a meal, and walk, walk, walk. Those pesky few pounds will be back under YOUR control in no time.
You've done a great job!!!! Keep pushing sister!!!! God will help you find a way or make you a way to accomplish what you want to accomplish!!!!

If you work out alot your blood pressure and heart rate would be normal for an athlete...at least that is what they told me. Hang in there and keep on top of the doctors.
I agree with the others, write down the food, go back to the basics, and make sure you are exercising if you are not already. The pounds will come off again. All of us struggle with the old habits you know. You are not alone. Hang in there.
I also understand about the lose skin. I am so thankful we figured out how to afford to get the sugery done for me. Oct 28th! I hope it will work out for you too.
