Need some Motivation

Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've been on here.  Far too long.  Things have been good with me.  I'm working and feeling better than I have in years.  I hit my 2 year mark on Saturday and am pretty proud of that.  BUT.... I'm gaining weight and it is starting to scare me a little.  I know my numbers don't look bad, but I'm afraid that it will get out of control. I have developed some bad habits and really need to get this under control before I gain any more weight.  The numbers aren't too bad, but I know I've gained inches because now my clothes aren't fitting right.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get back on track, I'm all ears.  My problem isn't really overeating, it's more what I'm eating and snacking too much.

I look forward to hearing any comments, suggestions or whatever.

Thanks for listening.

Kim

Log your food for awhile? Maybe it isn't how much you're eating, but what you're eating? Too many carbs or fats?

What do I know? I haven't yet hit a year.

You are right.  I've started tracking again and it is amazing how many calories can add up when I'm making bad choices. My volume is still pretty good, but you can definitely gain if you eat the bad foods.

Thanks for your advice.
