Up slightly, but to be expected because I was down almost 7lbs the week before.

Hopefully this plateau won't last too long.   But I feel great, so it's all good. 

Still the same. My pcp changed up my blood pressure medicine and told me I might need a diuretic. Well, I have a call in to him right now because my feet and hands are definitely PUFFY. I'm getting tired of waiting 'til next week to see the scale move. Of course, in the pre surgery days, it would have been moving in the WRONG DIRECTION! 0

Oh, thank you! I hover round this weight....so, its all good. I did buy a bike...and hopefully can get a little more increased activity in this next week (you know I dont like the word "exercise")!!
You are doing so so good!!!! Keep it up girl!

I'm swollen like crazy (being 6 days post~op from plastics)
But I was 175 last week and I am at 172 this week. Doc said yesterday he took 20+lb off ( I was originally told it was 13lb taken off, but he said yesterday it was 20+), so I cant wait to see the scale in a few weeks when I am not swollen up.

What did you have done? I'm sure it's the IV fluids. That'll come off before  you know it.

Dana I had a Maxi TT with side flank lipo and an upper arm lift. so yes I am quite swollen..but man does my tummy look FLAT! lol

wow! that is wonderful! I know you must be all swollen and puffy feeling now but in a few weeks I bet you will look absolutely fab!
