Mary...I am so glad you are feeling better. I truly think most everyone has a few moments of "buyers remorse". We are all so programmed by the world around us...."just exercise more, eat less, exercise more"....I know I had feelings right after surgery of ,"man! I shoulda just enrolled in aerobics classes twice a day  and pushed myself away from the table or something!". Now, that had NEVER worked before...but, again, I think most of us have moments where our heart thinks like this. Totally normal.
But, the good news is...it passes! And you feel great...lose weight...change for the more healthy. All what we intended to do with our surgeries.
Hang in there. Sounds like you have turned the corner~~! Put that seatbelt on...you are in for the ride of your life!

GETTING PAST THE HEAD HUNGER IS A VERY HARD THING TO DO. I STRUGGLE WITH IT TOO AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS FOR ME!! YOU CAN DO THIS AND THE END RESULT IS SO REWARDING!
