I got stuck at 183 for a couple of months and then stuck at 173 for a month or so too. Just hang in there and it will move. Calories in versus calories out is the scientific formula for losing weight so you might track what you are eating through dailyplate.com or something just to make sure you aren't eating more calories than you think.
