Vitamin Regimen
I use the stuff WW sells, 'cause I live out of town and shopping is an issue. I take 2 calciums/day. They have to be separated from the vitamins by an hour, so I keep some at work and have one each at mid morning and mid afternoon. I take a multi vitamin every morning before breakfast and every evening before supper. I do a weekly sublingual B12 on Sunday morning right after breakfast. I alsoo take an omega 3 fish oil supplement in the morning (shop around 'cause some are yucky) with the vitamin and 3x/week I take a VitD supplement with the vitamin.
I take my iron first thing in the morning while I'm getting ready for work. Then in two hours I take three of the MV capsules that I got at WW plus three B-12 sublingual tablets that I get at Walmart. Then two hours later I take two calcium chews, two hours later three more MV capsules and more B-12. (My B-12 is low) and two hours later, two more calcium chews. I'm horrible about getting all my vitamins in, I'm working on it though!
