7 lbs up? WT?

Some one say something encouraging, quick.

I finally got my scale in sync with WW, so that has helped. Between trips to WW, weigh the same time of the day in the same clothes. Your scales may not be exactly the same as their scales, but you should be able to see consistent changes. Whether you choose to weigh once a month, once a week, or once a day, but do it consistently. Don't be freaked out by water gain when you travel or eat salty foods. It will come off in a few days.

I was out of town in Tulsa this week and there is no way I am weighing for a few days. I always bounce up about 5 lbs after going out of town. The routine is off and you eat out which is alot of salt. You have two different scales so that adds another dimension in this. Breathe and wait a couple of days and take another peek.
