Walking group?

Man! I would LOVE to bring my dog and walk with you! I'm 70 miles away!!

I LOVE mini schnauzers too!! hehe

You guys have a BEAUTIFUL walk Saturday. I might just have to drive up one day and join you for a walk and light lunch afterwards!! So do keep posting times and places.

How did your walk go sweety?? I sure was wishing I could be up there with you! It was such a lovely day would have loved to have someone to walk with.

Hi Angel,

My walk went well on Saturday....me and the schnauzer! As it gets warmer, I am hoping others will join me! Knowing there may be others walking will keep me getting up and showing up to do my exercise!
This week, back to jogging...tomorrow going to "wog" (mostly jog with intervals of walking when i tire out) 2 miles in the early am.
How is your training going?

My C25K is going GREAT! Today is the first day of my second week. I'm up to jogging 1 1/2 minutes and walking two. I'm actually doing the program for 30 minutes and really enjoying it! I'm going to be doing it inside today since it's such a nasty day! I hope it works well!!

I'm glad you and the cutie schanauzer got to have a lovely walk! I know he liked it!!
