My Plateau is broken!!!

Hey everyone,

I have been reading, and everyone is doing great!  Sorry that I have not been on a few weeks, but the new semester has started again, work is continuous, kids games are forever continuous, and rest is a MUST...lol. I have been on a plateau for like over a month until yesterday, and it finally broke..thank goodness. I have up'd my protein and got back to my 100 oz of water and hardly no carbs...still some, but not that bad. I am about 15lbs from my overall goal...6 pounds to be under 200. I am going to be a brides maid in my brothers wedding in May, so I am going to work with a trainer and try to tone up my arms and whatnots..lol. Looking into plastics later later in the year hopefully. Hopefully, I can get on here more...but right now, its touch and go. Thanks for the support, u all are awesome!!!

You Rock! Way to hang in there! We soooo need to get together SOON! That bridesmaid thing is stressfull....I wish the one I was in wasn't till this summer instead of last. I was looking at the pics from the wedding and I already look like a different person. I have a super cute bridesmaid dress(black) if yall get to pick your own...plus a super cute flower girl dress (black/white) ...anyway...gimme a holla!

hey girl...yes we do need to get together soon...I need to laugh and relax a bit. Thanks about the dress...but they have picked them out...soooo...the fun begins this weekend with getting sized. I will holla at you this weekend....maybe...I got deadlines to meet. Thank God the plateau is broken, I was starting to get miffed.

LeDetra, have have done an outstanding job working your "tool"!  You look fantastic and I know you must feel so  much better.  I hope you can pull off the plastics...$$$.  I'm saving for mine now!!
