Today I went with a coworker of mine to Dr Gorospe's seminar. He ocmpletely put me on the spot and I had to talk to the group of people about my WLS. I was so nervous but my friend said I did good and it was nice to feel like I was really giving back when people came up to me and asked me questions after it was over =)

I also get put on the spot often at our support group meeting (only because no other post op's show up) and I too think it is important to share my journey with anyone who wants to know about what I have experienced. Kudo's to you for being there to share.
