15th and Kelley in Edmond
Why:  To meet with others for support and encouragement

Hello My name is Stacy and I am a patient of Dr. Broussard. I will be at the February 18th Support Group Meeting. I am in the process of hopefully getting approved for the VSG  
I have already got approval from the Heart Dr, sleep Study and Psycoligist. and in March my 3 month required time by the insurance will be up. So then it will just be a matter of submitting it all and seeing if the approve or not. I pray they approve! Maybe see you on the 18th. Have a good weekend!
