I tried real lean ground beef mixed with ground turkey.  Slow cooked beef stew... jerky...string cheese...made taco meet from ground turkey and beef...
tried pork but that made me dump...
i just became good friends with a slow cooker made alot of chili with turkey and ate alot of homemeade refried beans..with cheese....
just remember what goes down good tonight miught go down good tomorrow.
Unfortunatley for me I only get sick from over eatting and doing alot of pork products.
if you need recipes i got em....and so does eggface....shes on the main forum.
If you can come to a saturday meeting next month in norman I can bring some recipes..this meeting is mainly for post ops or pre ops *****ally want to know what life is like after surgery and yours truly is the leader or conductor or the referee...its oen topic we talk about what you want to talk abiut...hope you can come...cause the best loser is one who does come to meetings...
