When can I start eating these thing?
I am curious to know when I can start eating certain things and how others tolerated them.
1. Peanuts/almonds/pecans..ect
2. Peanut Butter
3. Ground Beef...chili....stew....taco meat...ect....
4. Steak
5. crackers
6. Tomatoes..I have been craving diced or stewed tomatoes?? Whats up with that..lol
7. salad
I am going on week 3(almost) so I know it will be a little while longer on some of this stuff, Just curious to know???

Most of the things on this list you can try about a month to 6 weeks out. Crackers are a no-no. It's a carb and it will torpedo your weight loss. If it's white or crunchy, chances are it's a carb and you don't want it.
Here's a good general rule of thumb. The harder foods wait longer on. In other words, the peanut butter will be well tolerated (in extreme moderation as it is calorie dense) but the peanuts/almonds/pecans might not be.
Try a little as you go and see what you tolerate. Go real slow. If it hurts or is uncomfortable, stop and wait a few weeks. The only way you can harm your sleeve at this point is to vastly overeat.
