Stall broken

I asked for help from my family.  We got rid of all the little junk that accumulated and the trigger foods I was consuming.  It was really hard to get back in to the correct diet but I am there.  I have also entered ketosis so I am burning fat again.  Now I just need to exercise again but work has prevented that to a large degree.  Going a month without a day off just plain sucks!

So today I post a 1 pound loss from my lowest and 4 pounds since I got back in to the correct diet from the little I had gained back.

DOC and NUT told me I could have screwed up far worse.  I still did my water.  I still ate the correct foods at the correct meal times.  I just snacked too much between meals and ate too many sliders.  They said just get back to program and it will start happening again.

There ain't nothing easy about losing weight even with the surgery.  Diligence must be exercised or the slippery slope will claim another victim.  I'm proof of that.

Now let's see if I can get these last 11 pounds off to my goal weight!

Winne-

You are doing AWESOME!!! Way to go (to you and your family) for cutting out that junk food. I know how hard it is to resist those snacks; good for you for doing it before it got out of control at holiday time...Look how far you have come. Feedback not failure is what I have always heard about weighing (I think that is a weigh****chers saying?).

Anyway, keep up the awesome work, and that next 11 will come off quick. Even if you can't get to the gym or do an actual workout, just fit small little 10 minute sessions in, that is better than nothing at all...10 mintues here, 10 there really adds up fast! I work almsot everyday of the week, but still try and get that workout in, even if it is a 10 minute walk to our warehouse area!

KEEP GOING, and just know that you are an inspiration to those around you! You have all the tools and have done such a great job!
