Ok so by OWLOs scales which is what I use for my starting weight I was 207 this afternoon. Which while not my goal is none the less 200lbs lost in a year and while I was kicking my own butt because I hadn't reached my goal Winter decided to chew on me about being too hard on myself. "She goes do you realize that if you loss that 27 pounds more you will no longer be obese for your height.  You have lost 200 lbs in a year and look great. we usually figure for a person as large as you were to start will lose on average 150-175 pounds where you are and you have already lost 200lbs. All delivered with this almost confused look on her face like why cant you see it.  But you know it put things in a different light for me and it doesn't matter so much that I didn't make the 200 or below by today. Sadly though I think it put a new goal in my mind. I always have said that 200 was my goal but would love to see 199 at least for a while well...... now my brain is flashing thats only 27 pounds and you wouldn't be obese anymore. And now my heart wants that 180. But truthfully I am not sure I want to lose 20 more pounds I think I might look too small for my taste if I was. And besides I think if I was to get the pannictomy I would be dang close to the 180 mark any way.  Something to think about since according to the stats I still have at least 6 more months of "sweet" time. before I am 18 months plus. Something to  think on stay in loss mode or start switching to matienance mode.
