Girl, has it REALLY been a YEAR?!  WOW!!  You look amazing and your journey has been exceptional!  I know you're not going to sabotage yourself and you WILL make your goal weight.  I'm proud you for all your accomplishments!  I remember the first I looked "normal" in pics next to all my friends...  I cried, too!

(BTW, I lost your phone number... which, I did a lot when the hubby was deployed   Would you mind sending it to me again in a PM?  I'd love to talk to you sometime soon!)

* hugs*

I am trying hard to not sabotage myself but did see myself leaning towards so no nos way to often as I get closer and closer. I am aware of it and trying hard to NOT keep doing it. Look for an PM with my number.

Time flies doesn't it!  I can't believe it.  I know when I was preparing and hoping to have my surgery I didn't think It would EVER get here.  Now its almost been a year for me too!

I'm really happy for you and the success you have had.  I know what you  mean about sabataging yourself.  I am going through the same things right now.  I don't post often because of it.  I've got to get a handle on it!

I'm really happy for you and I hope you have conitinued success.  Keep on working your tool!

Lots of Hugs
Kim J.!

Congratulations Sarah!!!  I'm so excited for you.  It just seems like a few days ago I told you to hang on to your hat because the ride would be a fast one!!  Life is good and so different for many of us.  The weight loss doesn't solve all of our problems but it helps with so many of them.  Our health is much better, we have more energy, can participate in life and not just sit by and watch the world go around.  You've made many new memories by being active with your children as well.  I'm with you on wanting a TT....one of these days when my $$ are in place....

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

You just have to look in the mirror to see one of major motivators when I first had surgery.
