Thinking of Rita today

Everyone, let's send our love to Rita (Crickett).

I'm thinking of you today, Rita. If I remember correctly, your sweet mama moved to Heaven a year ago today. I remembered a song, and wanted to share it with you. The family pictures on the video won't mean anything of course, and if you don't care for a country music sound, the song may lack a bit for you, but the words are what I want you to focus on.

Awh, Thanks guys for remembering. Yes, it was a year Nov 7th. Dad will have been gone  one year in about 6 weeks as well. Ironically my sister and I had their estate sale on Mom's death date. Going through 62 years of their memories together was just like losing them all over again. It has gotten just a little bit easier, but I do have my days. I haven't lost a pound since Dad's death. Which translate to no weight loss this whole year. it shouldn't have been that difficult, however the emotional eating won over every thing I had learnt the year prior. Please pray for me to overcome this and to do it very soon. I know that my pouch still works and I can get to goal if I can overcome the carboholic situation. My Mom and I always told each other, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". Once again thank you for your kind thoughts and concern. I love you guys. Hugs, Rita
