Checking in - Monday is the big day!
Congratulations, that's so exciting! All I can say as to advice is WALK! You may not want to, but after surgery get up and walk as much as you comfortably can as soon as you can. The walking will definitely make you feel better and it will also help with how quickly they let you go home. As for the vitamins, I just headed upstairs once I was discharged and picked those up.
Well know I know why my dental appointment got changed next week!! Congratulations Jan!! I am so happy you are finally having your surgery!!! I am so glad!!! You will do great! Just follow Denise's lead!! Woohoo!! Another bites the dust!!!

Jan actually they just moved me by one day. Not such a big deal since I had another appointment already set at Integris for the same day. It will make things easier on me since I live on the NW side of town now. I just have to remember to go get my antibiotics before my appointment!! I always forget that!
Have a great surgery and we'll see you on the other side!!

I think you sound very prepared. I wouldn't buy too many vitamins and protein drink/mix from Weight Wise though. They are extremely expensive. I found buying my supplements on line from Celebrate Vitamins was much much cheaper. I can buy 6 months worth for more than 1/2 the price of those at Weightwise. They have bariatric chewable vitamins and then later when you can take those without chewing them up they have those as well. Here is their website for you to refer to later. Good luck Jan! This will be the journey of a lifet ime and a fast one at that!!
