I joined Nautilus last week and hired a trainer for a few sessions. I really thought it was going to kick my butt, but has been great. I do strength training and cardio training two days a week and cardio the rest of the week...right now...may add some more strength training in there.
I have been dreaming of seeing a 1 in front of my weight for years...and it looks like I might just make it soon. I'm hoping so anyway!
