NEVER IGNORE PAIN!!!
i learned my lesson this weekend to never ignore any pains you get, big or small...
the past month ive been inconsistantly getting a pain across my back like somebody smacked me really hard with a stick or something. i figured maybe my pms back pain was redirected since weight loss. ok sure.
saturday i got home from work. we watch ou win over tulsa (woooooohooooo!) and i tried to eat some lunch (tofu buffalo wings) and i got a tummy ache. ok sometimes that happens with spicey stuff i eat , my pouch has a love hate relationship with it.
fast fwd a few hours later.. i decided to get around to go to the gym since nothing exciting was going on at da casa. as i was getting ready i started getting bad stomach pains.so i thought maybe id sit down a few minutes and maybe i just had to poo. the pain got progressively worse and it was like it was radiating thru my back to my breast bone in my front. it was the worst pains ive ever had in my whole entire life. (its kinda what i imagined child birthh being like). after feeling blacking out-ish i called my bf into the room and then decided to call dr. walton.
i called the foundation and they had dr. walton call me back and we decided for me to head up there. he met us there within 20 minutes (hes so great!). we got some blood work done and he by that point wasnt thinking so much it was my gal bladder anymore, but kept me over night for observation.
the next morning i was still in pain, and he decided to do lap exploratory surgery to check if there was any hernias or if my gall bladder was ok. he found 2 hernias. and the test turned into him fixing 2 hernias in my belly.
all day sunday after the surgery, i was on pain meds and i was starting to feel better :)
i got out of the hospital yesterday, and am so so so grateful of dr.walton and all the staff there.
im still really sore and am debating not going back to wor****il thursday,
but the point of my story is, in the first place i shouldnt of ever ignored the horrible pain in my back for about a month :)
.. on a side note, i will not post in weekly weigh in this week, because i have gained 9 pounds of water weight!! ugh and i worked out hard last week too! if anybody has any suggestions how to lose water weight please let me know!...
<3 lots of love to ya'll!! -ann marie :)

Oh No! you poor thing! I was wondering why i hadn't heard from you! The only thing i've heard on how to loose water weight is to drink TONS of it. it's supposed to flush out your system or something....I dunno. Anyway I'm glad you got fixed up and let me know if there is anything I can do for ya! I guess this means you won't be join us on Friday night though . You feel better!! and don't sweat the water weight! your doing great!
Omigosh sweetie~ You've had quite the ordeal and it sucks that you're going to have to try and work, even with all the pain and recovery. I am here and a text or phone call away if you need anything! <3
