Bumed out
Ok I think I have hit my first stall. I lost my hundred lbs in the first 5mths after wls. I weigh weekly but the scale moves between 205-260 constantly. I am eating a little more than usual because I am so stressed out. I really dont have the head hunger but find myself craving a few things I shouldn't eat but its not candy or sugery stuff. My husbands knees is out and he has to have surg so I have not been in the gym for a while. I know I am loseing inches because the scrubs I just bought a getting baggy. I guess I am just frustrated and know the scale will move again. I am just impatiant. I am working a lot more than I was and I am walking the stairs at the football games and know this will pass but it is like when. Its been a month with the same 10lbs....................

Sorry that the scale is being a poopy head! But glad to hear that your clothing is getting baggy!!
