It's been a long time since I weighed in, but I'm trying to get my butt in gear, so I'm joining in...
Last week: 216
Today: 213
Change: -3
Still up from my one time low...I think it lasted about 3 minutes... but I'm back on my treadmill and actually lifting some weights to see if I can't affect my shape a bit.
Keep on keeping on... we'll all get there - remember, it IS a journey!
