Congrats!  That is a major victory and inspiration to all!
You have come so far!

I don't feel so little right now!  LOL!  I am back to pre plastics weight but my waist is up 2" in swelling.  I know it will take time.  It will be 3 weeks tomorrow.

You always inspire me.  First with your debt-free lifestyle and now with your exercising.  I have just not gotten to that stage and I really do not have any excuses.  I started walking a couple of weeks ago for 2 days and then my clogged toilet has morphed into a mini-remodel.  I really need to step it up and reading about your successes is seriously motivating me.

You are truly an inspiration.

I was sending you good pedal vibes this Saturday-wish I could have been there.  I'm glad I went to Louisiana though-we would not have been able to go this year if we hadn't gone last weekend, and I'm glad we got to go.

The more active I get, the more I appreciate my bike.  I really can hold up to far more biking than any other exercise.  My feet and ankles don't limit me when I'm on a bike.
