hey ya'll, i hope nobody minds that i started this weeks weigh in! but its mostly just because i have a question for anybody that could help me!

so for my question- ive been flip flopping with same 3-4 pounds all week. i was under the impression i was going to lose more this week cause as of 2 days ago i did! but it came back.
and so ive been thinking, i just started a new walk/ run routine this last week and did 3 miles each session (4 times last week) and once last night. ive been doing cardio since ive had surgery in march, ive just decided to step it up a notch with the running.

ive never ran in my whole entire life until now. does anybody think it may be because im using differant muscles now during cardio or something?

i dont mean to sound discouraged but i thought it was good i started a new routine that was ramping it up!

anyways, any help would be appreciated!!

Ann Marie~  It could be because you are using different muscles.  It might also be that your body is in shock at you trying something different.  It could also be because you've lost over 110 lbs in 6 mos and you're body is saying "HEY!! LET ME CATCH UP!!".  No matter which one it is, I'm sure you will start losing again soon~  You have done excellent!! <3

im trying to stay posi, to help i just hid my scale in the closet till next tuesday!! i will never know if i flip flopped in the middle of the week again!!! lol

My tummy has been upset and blocked over the past week.  I think once things are moving again I'll start losing again. 

I also found out I have RLS.  My new sleep doctor put me on meds to help calm my legs so I can actually sleep.  I have about 60 events per hour where my legs move and I partially wake up.  At least I definitively know why I am so tired all the time!!  I'm running marathons in my sleep!!

o wow! i hope they figure out everything with your rls and the meds work!!!

if only the marathon you run in your sleep burned calories! id pray for rls then! haha j/k

I'd suggest maybe measuring yourself hun? Using that to guide as well.
