New pics - 9.5 months down 142 lbs!
OK...here are my latest pics...I am down from 317 to 175 in just under 10 months...WOW! What a change my life has been through. Other than the couple weeks of hell from the kidney stone I feel great and havent had any problems. This was such a good decision for me! I have been bad and have just now started excersing....better late than never. I did 30 min./2miles on the elliptical at lunch and am starting a Zumba class next week. Let's see if I can firm any of this up or if the PS will be y new best friend.

Thanks so much! I don't mind at all...I am 5'8"-5'9" depending on who is doing the measuring...lol. I don't know why they can't seem to come to an agreement...lol..I seriously always thought it was because my butt was sooo big that when they make you back up to the wall I would be shorter cuz i would have to lean back to get my head on the wall...lol...but that's just my professional opinion =)
