Wow!!!  You are a few months out from surgery and a low weight to be pulling that kind of loss.  That is awesome!  Any tips to share with us on how you did it?

Still maintaining right around 130 lbs~ Starting back my exercise program this week to tone up.  I expect a bit of a gain at first as I build muscle again.  Feels great to have my husband home!

I'm trying to up my protien, so I'm gettin in what the Dr. wants. but this  past week I have had yet another bout with the gout. and my foot is so sore so I have not been able to get out and walk.  Hopefully after my Dr. visit tomorrow with the Foot Dr. I will once again be able to get out and walk some and even ride my bike that I got from Winny!!  right now any movement with my foot send pain up my leg and that really hurts.  I even have my leg elevated and a sugicalboot/shoe on it to help hold it still and straight.  Plus I think these bad flareup have something to do with it being that time of the month, now mind you I don't have this every month, but the last bad flare-up was in May and I think that is the last time I had my cycle too.  So I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. Any ideas.  Thanks
