Great job!!  You may lose some more because right after I work out hard core, I swear my muscles soak up the water or something and I actually weigh a bit more for a couple of days.

142.4-down a fraction but I'm calling it STEADY!

Raising calories is more nerve racking for me than dropping calories.  I have unrealistic fears of gaining 100  pounds over night...LOL.

I'm going on vacation in October, and I want to hover here near the low end (actually I'm a bit below) but I want to know what I can eat and not gain....so this is a good start. 

I'll be gone for two weeks-and that length of time calls for a little planning and restraint.

You are doin good girlfriend.  If the weather is good, I'm doin the 22 mile ride with OBS from Route 66 park tomorrow night.  I had them put me on the trainer at Pro bike and adjust my seat so hopefully my next ride will be even better.  You should come!

I'm going to ride tomorrow if the weather is good.  I rode long yesterday (2 hours) so I just did 30 minutes today-I should be in good shape for tomorrow......my throat is a little sore but I'm using the neti pot and that usually drives off any buggies.
