I SURVIVED THE DR APPT!
YESTERDAY WAS MY DR APPT WITH DR B AND I WAS REALLY DREADING IT BECAUSE I HAD NOT LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT SINCE I SAW HIM 3 MONTHS AGO. BUT HE DIDNT WANT ME TO LOSE LIKE I HAD BEEN SO THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS APPT. ACCORDING TO THEIR SCALES I LOST 6LBS AND HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 177LBS! I REALLY LIKE THE RESULTS OF MY SCALE BEST THOUGH! I DONT HAVE TO GO BACK FOR 6 MONTHS NOW! HE TOLD ME THAT MY GOAL WAS GOING TO BE HARD BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE! YEAH! I HAVE 19LBS MORE TO GO TO MY GOAL ACCORDING TO HIS SCALES AND I HAVE BEEN WORRIED ABOUT IT BUT JESSICA GAVE ME SOME POINTERS ON WHAT TO DO AND I AM GOING TO GIVE IT MY BEST TRY TO HAVE THOSE 19LBS GONE BY MARCH WHEN I GO BACK. I HAVE GOTTEN INTO SOME HABITS THAT SHE DOESNT LIKE SO I AM GOING TO BREAK THEM. I HAVE FOUND MYSELF SNACKING ON PEANUTS DURING THE DAY. I DONT EAT A LOT OF THEM BUT I DO EAT THEM. I HAVE TO START EATING A PIECE OF DELI MEAT OR CHEESESTICK IF I GET HUNGRY. IT IS BACK TO THE BASICS FOR ME! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HAS ENCOURAGED ME AND KNOW THAT I COULDNT HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT IT! SPECIAL THANKS TO KIM FOR "SLAPPING" ME AROUND A BIT WHEN I NEED IT! 40 LBS LOST PRE-OP
