Weekly Weigh In!

Ok, I've accepted I will never realize it's Tuesday until after I've had coffee-so I am weighing post coffee.
142.6....which is in my goal range, actually a little below. Which I don't understand because at the doctor I was at 161 just a couple of weeks ago....but that was on a full load of coffee in the afternoon. I know I have lost SOME weight since then because I'm tracking what I'm eating, my clothes are looser, etc, but I seriously doubt I lost 20 pounds in a couple of weeks. In fact, I know I haven't because I would look bad if I did that, and I don't look that bad....
I'm just going to set this as the starting point and move on from here. It's days like today when I'm glad that I use my jeans as the primary indicator, because I would go ape-sh*t otherwise.
