Transfer addiction

I think I have found mine...exercise! Who knew that I would like it so much? Not me. I think I mainly like it because it's been such great bonding time with the hubby. I have never been the type of person that liked exercise, but we are trying to do things that aren't your typical workouts (water aerobics, CrossFit, tonight we played kickball, racquetball, etc.). It's amazing what I can do now that I've lost a 5-year-old (45 pounds)

all I can say is SWEET!!! I have become Richard Simmons jr. If it is a transfer addiction, hey....its a good one that will do ur body good. I just asked the Lord to give me a passionate desire to workout like I had years ago..well....be careful what you pray for...lol. I love to workout!! Oh my..cant believe I said that..lol. Keep up the good work!

I wish one of you exercise junkies would figure out how to do the WII over the internet with other households and then explain it to me.  I think that would rock over the winter when no one wants to get out.

Please, don't make me read the instructions......

I soooooooo love exercise!  It is such a great feeling & helps with stress relief too!  I go every morning before work & get grumpy if I have to miss my workout.  I just don't understand why the weight isn't coming off faster?  I step up my exercise every week & have not increased my calorie intake.   The only thing keeping me from crying is that I am losing inches even when the scale doesn't change much.  I read a very interesting article on fitness that stated that while a pound of muscle & a pound of fat weigh the same (duh!!), the pound of muscle takes up less space.  Who knows, whatever the case, I LOVE TO EXERCISE!!

Well yes a lb of fat and muscle is a POUND! hehe But if your body is replacing your fat stores with muscle, then the muscle is heavier. Cause you don't just take a lb of fat and insert a lb of muscle. hehe

I'd say since you are working out you are probably developing muscle under the fat. Which is WONDERFUL! You are going to have a healthy, energized body!!

You'll start noticing the fat loss soon I'm sure! Good luck hun!

that is awesome. I wish I could find a passion for working out, but I don't think it is to be.
