Had my first set of labs drawn and everything came back good. My iron was a bit low but nothing to worry about. I was so happy.

Hi, Emily.
I'm so glad your labs were good. Mine showed an underactive thyroid, so I'm taking medicine for that (which could be part of my sluggish weight issues and why I've been so tired) and will be retested in 3 months. My Vit. D was lower than what Dr. Walton likes to see, so I'm taking one Vit. D pill per week and then will be retested in 3 months, to see if I need to continue. I'm believeing God for excellent healing in both areas. :)
Did your doctor put you back on Iron, or will he retest for that in a few months? I always find it interesting to learn how these blood issues are handled, especially so I can keep tabs on my progress. I know they say the trend from one lab to the next can be important to watch, not just the individual test results.
It's really amazing, when you think about it, how much our blood shows about how our body is doing. Truly, we are "fearfully and wonderfully made." :)
Blessings,
Mary

My Vit D was also low as was my thimine levels.  It seems like thimine is found mostly in stuff that I can't eat anymore so one more vitimine to take...unless I want to have bari bari, sounds yummy doesn't it? LOL.

So glad to hear that. I'm nervous about my first set in a few months. I'm taking vitamins but still losing hair like crazy (which I actually like because my hair was waaaaaaaaaay to thick before!).
