4 months ago today!

Hello there nice to meet  another person from the McAlester area.. I work out at the base i can go to there gym free  my husband works for MCaap.  Yes they do have a support group in McALESTER. It is at the wellness center it is the second tuesday of each month. I have not got to go to it yet but here is the info. for you

Date: 2nd Tuesday of each month 5:30-6:30 pm
