INTEGRIS will be welcoming Chef Dave Tuesday October 20 , I think it will be the usual support group time 6:30 - 8pm, in the Auditorium , located in the hospital concourse . Everyone is welcome to join us , he gives a wonderful presentation will lots of bariatric friendly recipes and ideas ......

Yes, it's at the normal time.

We're also doing a clothing exchange on September 5th. I'll be bringing TWO BIG BOXES of clothes, mostly 20-24's.

I've got a list of Integris stuff coming up, I"ll post it in a bit.
