Work out routines?
..What is your work out routine? Like when do you work out, how often, what do you do, etc).
I've got to get into one and get going. I haven't really started working out much since surgery. I was planning to start the week after my surgery (besides walking) but I started having major pain and could barely move. Now that I've gotten rid of that I've been having dental problems and that just puts me in the blah mood.

I pretty much work out 6 days a week. I walk on my treadmill between 2 &4 miles a day. I have a list of core/strength/weight exercises I do every other day. I also do a palates DVD 3X a week. When I am bored I do the Wii fit or Wii EA Sports Active (maybe 2X a week).
I have a room in my house set up with a TV & DVD player, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight bench with assorted weights & yoga mat with the big balance ball. I knew I would not be faithful at going to a gym, so I turned the extra bedroom into my home gym. I go in there in the morning and shut the door and do my thang. It has gotten to the point if I skip or try to skip a day I feel guilty and just go in there an walk and watch the TV(the foodnetwork).
OH NO.... I MAY BE ADDICTED TO WORKING OUT NOW!! lol
