Is it just me or do pretty much all the sugar free low carbish fudge-ickle things make you toot?  I know about Braums low carb, but skinny cow stuff did it and so did the blue bell.

For bonus points-could the popsicles do the same thing?  I don't think they have fiber in them, but, well, let's just say it's been windy around here lately and I can't figure out why.

My 9 year old claims to be an expert on the subject and he says everyone does it an average of 16 times a day although he is quite exceptional and is more like 16 times an hour!!

I saw a show on the discovery channel once where they rigged up fart catchers to a cowgirl and a cowboy.  I think the boy passed slightly more gas by volume over 24 hours.  Both had an impressive volume, but I have to think bouncing around on a horse would cause you to release more gas.  Ok, I'll be honest, I know this to be true.

It's the sugar alcohol content in them.  Not only the SF popsicles, fudge sicles and ice cream....any sf candy will do that..or at least it does to me.  Anything with lots of fiber will also.

What's the deal with Braum's low carb? I thought about trying it in a few more months, but I'm a little scared :). For the sugar alcohol I was told to take the amount of sugar alcohol and divide it by 2 and that's what the sugar is in it. Have you all heard that too?

I don't know about formulas, but I can eat a dip of Braums low carb in Oklahoma City and I start passing gas before I even get home, and it lasts for about 24 hours.  Ladies, never eat Braums Lo Carb on a first date....it's the noisy and smelly gas.  Sorry to be so graphic, but in these matters the truth must be shared.

I have had the issue with SF candy! I had issues with ice cream for years before surgery so giving that up has not been a biggie but I have ate the SF Fudgecicles and yeah I tend to be noisier afterwards.
