Thank you so much!!!  I am so pumped today.  I am on cloud 9 and suddenly want to do extra good on my food choices.  It is very motivating.  I want to see 189 now!!!  You did great this week too, losing 2 lbs this far out and as small as you are getting is awesome!

I am not sure where I was last time I posted but I am setting at 222 pounds right now and am down 185 pounds from where I started and 22 pounds to goal!

Welcome to Onderland.  I was going to weigh today because I don't like not weighing, but by the time I remembered it was Tuesday and I COULD weigh, I had already finished lunch.....I may do something wild and weigh in the morning-what is the POINT of tracking your food if you don't weigh?

(Please do not ignore my blatent whining for someone co-dependent to assure me that weighing on Wednesday is OK and not obsessive and that in fact, I SHOULD do it)
