Went to Sam's and found these parmesan crusted tilapia fillets.  They're really great but I've been adding just a bit to them to make them exceptional.

Bake the fillet just like the package says.  On taking them out of the oven, slather on some of your favorite spaghetti sauce.  Top that with your favorite low-fat cheese.  Pop under the broiler until cheese starts to brown.  1 fillet makes a meal for post-ops!

MMMMMMmmmmmmm!!

I have these at least twice a week so thanks for the idea to jazz them up a little!  I will try it.  I keep a bag of these in the freezer at work and pop them in the stove in the break room for a cheap and tasty lunch.

THANK YOU for this post.  I love it when my friends post about tried and true food that we can easily have.  I'm on my way to pick up some of these after work.  I'll bring some of them for my freezer in the office as well.  Thanks Jay!!!

One other thing I might add...I guy the frozen meatballs at Sams and for a quick easy meal I will cook 2 or 3 and add the spaghetti sauce and cheese to the top and bake under the broiler.  I've had these several times this summer with a little baked squash and have totally enjoyed it!!!

That sounds good.  I may have to make a trip to Sam's.  I love Emerill's apple sausage and that's the only place I can buy it so I'll look for the parmesan tilapia next time I go.  I have also had the meatballs and they are also really good.
