New Activities for me
Well, not completely new, but I haven't been to Six Flags and been able to ride the rides in several years. My sister and I are taking my three newphews to the Texas Rangers game tonight, and tomorrow we're all going to Six Flags. There will be a group of thirteen of us at Six Flags tomorrow, my friends are going and taking their kids also. It's going to be fun, but I might need someone to come hoist me out of bed on Saturday. I have a feeling I'm going to be exhausted.

Oh, I hope you have a WONDERFUL time! I can't wait to go to an amusement park & ride a roller coaster. We went to Worlds of Fun last summer & I was too fat for the Patriot, it is the coolest looking ride & I want to go back & enjoy it soon.

Hey guys! Well I survived...barely. I'm so tired today, but it was 1 a.m. when we got hom this morning. A storm came up before we got out of the park last night and it took us 2 1/2 hours to get from the parking lot to I-30 to come home. That's maybe 2 miles, but let me tell you, people were idiots trying to get out of the parking lot. I was just amazed at how it was just utter chaos. They needed a teacher out there in control...or at least someone in control. It was bad!
The baseball game was awesome. We had such a good time and the boys were great. They were so excited about going to Six Flags yeaterday that they could hardly settle down to sleep. My 8 year old nephew and I rode lots of rides yesterday. You can imagine how surprised I was when my butt came flying off the seat on the bob sled.....I've always enjoyed that ride, but it almost scared me yesterday. The restraints are for two people and there was only one of me this time....I was thinking how it was going to hurt if I got thrown out! LOL That was a new one for me!
Lots of exercise, lots of water, it was a good two days.
